In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "ceg333", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the ceg333 platform accessible at ceg333.app.

ceg333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) through the following verified payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered. The decisions of ceg333's senior management team on complaints are final and binding, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

You may close your ceg333 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful identity verification, less any applicable fees charged by the payment provider.

ceg333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information.
• Confirmed or suspected underage gambling (player under 21 years of age).
• Prohibited conduct as described in Clause 6, including bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated tools.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a responsible gaming risk to the player or a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed by ceg333 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where closure is for any other reason, the remaining balance will be returned to the player following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

ceg333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes by posting a notice on the platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address or contact method associated with your account.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ceg333 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
